We are looking for an experienced analyst to provide analytics and measurements for new consumer digital products. As a Sr Product Analyst, you will provide analysis, dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve our user experience and content. With a good understanding of consumer digital products, you will partner with product manager and engineering teams to instrument data and metrics that help drive informed business and product decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define methods and key indicators that measure the performance of product and marketing programs
- Define data infrastructure requirements for new digital products and services. Work with data engineering team to build data warehouse for reporting and analysis
- Perform quantitative analysis and data mining to understand how customers uses and interact with our products and services
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights in an intuitive manner to support business decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention on products and services
- Support A/B testing to identify opportunities in product user experience
- Manage and prioritize analytic work queue including problem formulation, data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, and presentations. Build automation and analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale
- Support the development of customer centric performance measures for all customer experience
- Provide guidance to product and partner teams on data sources and dashboards. Ensure consistency in data use across teams
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:-
3-5 years of experience in data analysis. Experience working with databases, SQL, statistical analysis, and reporting applications

3-5 years of relevant product or marketing analytics experience with quantitative focus

Experience in defining data warehousing requirements, managing analytics and reporting data tables that supports large or multiple business units

Experience developing dashboards and reports in PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting applications,
- Strong problem-solving skills - using data in identifying and solving problems, managing stakeholder issues, create efficient analytic solutions, and present results and recommendations to influence decisions

Experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics strongly preferred
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience
Desired skills:

Experience leveraging data insights to influence business stakeholders and communicate complicated analysis insights to non-technical audiences

Demonstrates clear communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
