Portfolio Condominium Manager – American Community Management is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and dedicated Portfolio Manager with CMCA certification to manage a portfolio of high-rise condominiums in the Washington, DC area. Extensive condominium management experience and strong leadership and professionalism is a must, CAI designations required. Excellent salary and benefits.
Details of position:
- Strong Leadership Qualities and Professionalism
- Regularly coordinate with onsite manager at various properties
- Regularly communicate with the Division Chief of ACM's luxury brand.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Serve as the liaison between the Board and homeowners
- Be knowledgeable in all facets of community management (financial, administrative, and facilities)
- Prepare and Manage Community budgets
- Prepare RFPs and solicit bids for contracts
- Perform oversight of contractors
- Professionally handle issues with homeowners
- Attend evening board meetings
- Serve as periodic on-call manager
- Be able to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
Education/ Experience Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Minimum five (3-5) years of community association management.
- Problem solver and well-organized self-starter
- Condominium Management experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
- Excellent word processing, math and computer skills required
- CMCA (Required)
- PCAM (Preferred)
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
