General Manager:

General Manager Job Requirements
- General Manager should have a track record of responsibility for all facets of location operations
- General Manager will maintain office organization by scheduling, ordering supplies, maintaining/ submitting reports daily
- General Manager will take lead recruiting and staffing location
- General Manager will monitor rates, revenue, expense, and goals/agendas
- General Manager will solicit and service corporate accounts
- General Manager will handlepeaks and valleys of supply and demand
- General Manager is responsible for financial performance of location.
- General Manager will insure service level that cultivates repeat business
General Manager Required Qualifications :
- General Manager needs an ability to work weekends when necessary and be flexible with schedule
- General Manager needs computer proficiency
- General Manager needs communication skills
- General Manager needs organization skills
- General Manager needs knowledge of operating budgets and P&Ls
- General Manager needs some vehicle knowledge regarding maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
