Objectives:
Respond with a sense of urgency to all new builder schedules via various portals. Ensure that all job scheduled dates submitted are transferred, accurate and formatted consistently to meet internal procedures and CSR needs. Monitor and track various builder portals, email and text to meet expected installation dates and to ensure timely completion of work. Follow up with builder inquires.
Department Description:
The Builder Division Production is responsible for moving orders from the Sales Department through the processes of ordering material, scheduling installations, and ensuring all billing can be successfully processed. Daily communication with builders, all AFDC facilities, departments, and Quality Control personnel in the field, is crucial.
Job Responsibilities:
Due to the individuality of each customer, this is a very fluid position with responsibilities being tailored daily to meet the customer requirements. Baseline responsibilities are:
- Constantly check builder portals and update excel spreadsheets with new information.

Effectively communicate any updates with CSR’s.

Respond to builder emails regarding production dates.

Monitor and track all portals to ensure accurate install dates.
- Provide feedback to resolve discrepancies and eliminate production errors.
Specific skills required include data management, mathematical computation, high attention to detail and communication skills. The ability to read builder specifications, to multi-task and maintain accuracy during data entry in a fast paced environment is critical. Preferred knowledge of building construction, flooring materials and the installation processes.
