POSITION OVERVIEW
The Information Security Audit Analyst is responsible for assisting with the planning, designing, and executing of IT audits to assess the adequacy of the information systems control environment. This position will interact with mid-to-senior level management to discuss and resolve potential issues and recommend improved business practices. This position will also be responsible for supporting integrations, defining solution requirements, as well as providing ongoing system optimization and training efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Participate in all phases of IT audit projects including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up

Participate in risk assessments, walkthroughs, and tests of design and operational effectiveness of IT internal controls

Assess compliance with regulatory requirements (Gaming MICS, PCI), IT best practices, and Company policies

Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls including application, database, operating system, and network-level controls

Demonstrate ability to gather, analyze data, and communicate findings

Perform special projects and special IT audit requests

Lead Company technical phishing simulations, reporting, and follow-up

Aid management and external auditors with assurance and compliance reporting

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s in data analytics, IT security, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

Four (4+) years of experience in information systems control or other equivalent experience

Current, relative industry certifications preferred

Adequate knowledge of relevant frameworks, IT Audit, SOX, or Gaming experience preferred

Knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, and/or security preferred

Familiarity with Windows, and other common operating systems preferred

Proficiency with compliance and simulation tools such as OneTrust and ProofPoint
-
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and business and security leadership

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and possess a holistic business view

Work independently with minimal supervision

Pro-active and can-do approach to problem-solving

The ability to assess risk and translate it to business-relevant considerations and facts

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY
$66000.00 per year - $87000.00 per year
