Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operation within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and collaboration.
- Strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence.
- Experience in calendar management using tools like Outlook Calendar.
- Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign for document processing.
- Ability to handle project coordination tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Front desk experience is a plus for managing office reception duties.
