Overview of the Role
- We are looking for a E-Commerce Client Partnership Managerwill lead strategy and drive execution downstream for our CA EComm clients, across all platforms including the "Pure Plays" (i.e. Amazon.com) and Click/Ship/Pick (WMT.com, Kroger.com). They will act as an expert and a leader in the "omni channel" environment, providing unique go-to-market plans based off quantitative and qualitative information garnered through our expert teams. The position will champion the "client journey", adding value to the CA EComm Account Managers day-to-day ensuring their client portfolio is set up for success leveraging our tools and capabilities. Incredibly important in this position will be the creation and ongoing management of feedback loops for the Client and the broader CA Fortune Team as a whole. Success will be measured by a brand's ability to profitably scale across multiple EComm platforms. The CA EComm team is a high growth, fast paced environment, and this person will embody that "entrepreneurial" spirit while delivering professional, best-in-class results.

What You'll do at C.A. Fortune
- Lead key initiatives and develop robust strategies for CA EComm client base across multiple Pure Play and Click/Collect platforms
- Lead Client "touchpoint" internally for all CA EComm business needs
- Develop and execute plans to drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building strategies
- Work with CA EComm Business Intelligence team, and Data Platforms such as JungleScout to craft key selling stories and strategies based on the data
- Partner with internal CA EComm teams to develop organizational expertise on ECommerce Platform, including:
- Providing insight into key metrics for performance on ECommerce Platform
- Planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
- Creating operating standards of running client businesses on ECommerce Platform
- 360 Degree understanding of the Clients total business with CA Fortune
- Develop knowledge of both their EComm and Brick and Mortar Strategies through partnerships within
the total agency
- Demonstrate overall understanding of the inner workings of the eCommerce platforms (i.e. Amazon)
- New Item Setup
- SEO
- Content Strategy Development
- Monitor developing general eCommerce technology trends as well as changes at ECommerce
- Platform, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
- Preferred ECommerce Platform experience. Amazon.com is priority #1
- Preferred experience with 3rd Party SaaS supporting EComm Platforms (i.e. Kenshoo, JungleScout, Stackline)
- 4-year bachelor's degree, and/or similar industry experience
- Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
You Will Stand Out if You Have
- Client Management and/or agency experience strongly preferred
- Prior CPG experience
- Familiarity with both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
