Job Summary:
NPH is seeking a Corporate Financial Operations Executive to serve our patients and leadership team out of our corporate office in South Bend, IN. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Financial Operations Executive will assist in managing administrative, financial, and risk operations. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, metrics, and control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role oversees finance management, including patient financial services, short- and long-term planning, budgeting, revenue generation, expense management, financial analysis, and information systems. The executive will recommend financial policies and develop operational procedures. The position requires a commitment to the organization's mission and core values, supporting its strategic plan and goals.

Responsibilities:
Corporate Financial Operations Executive Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide financial oversight and supervision of multiple behavioral health facilities.

Ensure each facility has a qualified, trained Facility CFO; participate in recruiting and performance feedback.

Visit facilities regularly to review financial operations and provide feedback to leadership.

Provide financial information to Corporate COO, CFO, and other corporate staff.

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly forecasts and financial statements.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of required corporate reports.

Participate in Monthly Operating Reviews, providing insights for each facility.

Implement and monitor NPH accounting policies and internal controls for clean audits.

Guide Facility CFOs on Revenue Cycle Operations to optimize accounts receivable and minimize uncompensated care.

Ensure compliance with reimbursement methodologies and accurate revenue deductions.

Ensure compliance with Group Purchasing contracts.

Oversee annual operating and capital budget preparation, review for accuracy, and assist in achieving budget goals.

Assist in planning new services and preparation of pro-formas.

Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity goals are met.

Review managed care contracting and business development for revenue maximization.

Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends and ensure facility compliance.
