THE ROLE
As a Printing Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a combination of pre-press activities and customer support tasks. You will handle customer inquiries, ensuring their artwork is ready for printing and solving problems using software tools like Illustrator and Mail Merge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via the website, ensuring quick and accurate responses to queries about artwork readiness and shipping timelines.
- Use Adobe products for problem-solving and executing tasks such as Mail Merge.
- Manage high volumes of badge designs (e.g., 215 badges per design, 12 types of badges).
- Perform tasks efficiently within a 3-hour timeframe, ensuring accuracy in Mail Merge operations.
- Act as an account manager, focusing on customer success without frequent follow-ups post-project completion.
- Handle printing tasks and manage 5-10 sets of badges monthly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for badge printing and outsourcing.
- Maintain efficient communication with customers, ensuring smooth order processing and shipping via platforms like Shopify.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Adobe products (training provided; no need for high-level creativity).
- Experience with Salesforce and Intercom.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
