We are looking for a Customer Care Manager who will oversee our customer care department, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and that sales leads are effectively converted and scheduled.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability
- Champion our company’s vision, mission, and values, providing clear and inspiring direction.
- Remove obstacles to help achieve company goals and metrics.
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train new team members.
- Set expectations and hold the team accountable for meeting them.
- Manage employee performance, conduct reviews, and collaborate with HR on performance decisions.
- Foster growth and development opportunities for employees.
Boost Lead Conversions
- Oversee the team’s lead conversion activities, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient scheduling.
- Document and communicate all support interactions, handle data entry, mailers, and outbound campaign calls.
- Ensure sales appointments are booked to maximize efficiency.
- Meet or exceed KPI goals for lead conversions and appointment runs.
- Create and implement action plans for KPI improvements.
- Perform regular call monitoring, offering balanced feedback with coaching, recognition, and accountability.

Who You Are:
- Knowledgeable in customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient with personal computers and relevant programs.
- Able to detect and recognize information in written materials and on screens.
- Effective communicator in English, both written and verbal.
- Holder of an associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred) with 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center management, OR a combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record.
- Capable of exerting up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and maintaining a stationary position most of the time.
