We provide professional and managed services for several customers, and we are looking for a solid individual to start with us to support our technical sales efforts. We are looking for a technical manager in order to work with our customers and our channel partners to ensure successful lifecycle management of opportunity through project kickoff.

Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple customers to identify Bravo solutions and supporting technologies in order to support customer needs. Develop the scope for engagements and associated level of effort in order to meet customer requirements and build the associated Statement of Work (SOW) for each engagement.
- Act as the liaison between sales and delivery by taking business objectives/requirement from the customer, mapping them to different technologies, and communicating that information to the delivery team.
- Effectively communicate to the customer the solutions, designs, features and associated offerings in a manner for customers to consume.
- Manage the lifecycle of opportunities from technical lead to engagement start and ensure high levels of success prior to project kickoff.
- Foster channel partner relationships and work with our channel to validate new opportunities for Bravo services, and proactively work with the channel to identify new campaigns to help bring more Bravo services to market.
- Lead development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of our pre-sales tools, process and technical environments to support pre-sales activity.
- Identify additional service offering(s) and work with our Services Director to help bring new packages to market.
- Review customer engagements after completion and manage the follow up post-sales technical efforts and solutions.
- Support technical trainings/demonstration of solutions as needed to help with sales opportunities.
- Work with customers, Bravo engineers, and project managers to define project timelines and milestones to ensure successful project kickoff.
Requirements
- Pre-Sales Solution Architecture experience and creating Statements of Work ("SOWs"). Attention to detail is critical and is non-negotiable for this position.
- Experience with technical channel management and managing opportunity lifecycle.
- Must be willing continuously educate themselves on the changes in the market when it comes to new technology/solutions.
- CCNP Security is required (Core with ISE concentration is preferred). CCIE Security is a plus.
- Extensive experience with Cisco ISE.
- Experience with Cisco DNAC/Catalyst Center/SDA or be willing to learn the technology in the first 6 months of employment.
- Experience with other Cisco security products is a plus (Cisco Secure Firewall, Cisco Secure Access, Cisco Network Analytics (StealthWatch), Cisco Umbrella (DNS Security and SIG), Cisco Secure Workloads, and Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN).
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and protocols.
- Must be able to communicate the current state of customer environments aka “lay of the land” to the delivery team during internal meetings.
- The ability to lead presentations in person or via web conference is a must.
- Must love to help people and have a great ability to interact and communicate effectively with end users.
- Must gain respect and confidence of customers and partners by consistently delivering high quality technical messages.
Desired Experience
- 5+ Years' experience as a Systems Engineering Manager or Technical Channel Manager.
- Previous experience as a Solutions Architect for a Value-Added Reseller or product vendor.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum 5 years’ client-facing experience in Solutions Consulting and/or Sales Engineering for complex enterprise solutions and services at executive levels.
- Industry knowledge of security product market trends and directional awareness of Bravo’s solution offerings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
