Service Sales Coordinator
L.C. Anderson, Inc.,the trusted name in commercial HVAC/R systems installation and service to Boston and Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for a customer focused, result driven, detail-oriented, and very organized Commercial Service Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing cost effective and timely HVAC/R customer service and sales support; lead generation, develop equipment lists, solicit subcontractor quotes to assist Sales Engineer with creating Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) and Replacement proposals for our commercial clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts. The primary objective is to increase profitable sales by providing superior customer solutions, service, and support.Our people set us apart and we recognize, reinforce and reward performance. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:
- Assisting in developing Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) Proposals
- Assisting in developing Replacement Proposals:
- Creating Projects in Business Process Software / Purchase Orders:
- Create Job Writeups:
- Approve Invoices:
- Updating Business Process Software Information for Clarification:
- Managing all Shared File Information between Sales and Operations
- Lead generation; converting targets to prospects and scheduling appointments for our Sales Engineers
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Business software and Microsoft Excel, Word &Power Point .
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Proven success in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Operations or similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
COMPENSATION: $55,000-75,000 base salary based on experience, excellent benefits plus a generous annual performance bonus.
