Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
- Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Plan and organize office events and activities
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software
- Knowledge of front desk operations and clerical procedures
- Experience in event planning and schedule management
- Familiarity with human resources functions is a plus
