Seeking a positive, energetic, and upbeat person who loves working with and serving others in the real estate industry. The right person would assist the Brokerage with content and social media marketing, tech assistance, and light hospitality duties (including event planning/coordinating and keeping the office tidy).
Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies alongside the Brokers/Owners.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online etc.), open houses and other events as needed.
- Be able to use Canva efficiently.
- Grow social media engagement.
- Willing to learn new systems to assist agents as needed.
- Greet agents and guests who enter the office.
- Keep office areas neat and presentable.
- Attend all weekly staff meetings.
- Dress in a professional manner.
