Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at D1-Training . As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries and concerns in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, menu items, and restaurant services via phone, email, and chat support
Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our menu, pricing, and promotions
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
Resolve customer issues in a fair and satisfactory manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
Utilize our CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in CRM software and technology
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
