As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by ensuring the success of our Premier Partners. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, collaborating with them to design and implement effective member engagement strategies, and providing ongoing support to maximize their performance. Your goal will be to foster strong, productive relationships with our partners, focusing on delivering value and achieving mutual success.
Partner Onboarding: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into our platform.
Strategy Development: Work closely with partners to develop and refine their customer engagement strategies. Help them select the most appropriate incentives and offers that align with their business goals and our platform's capabilities.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with partners to implement solutions that drive success.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to partners and their teams, especially VIP partners, to enhance their understanding of our platform and its features. Empower them to effectively engage with their customers through our app.
Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, gathering feedback on the platform and partnership experience. Relay important insights back to the product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
Market Insights: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities. Share relevant insights with partners to help them stay competitive and maximize their engagement on our platform.

- You must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week, we can't win with a standard 9-5 mindset
- Proven experience in a customer-success facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and presentations.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
