JOB SUMMARY
The Network Administrator is a key member of an important team. This position provides telephone and remote assistance and technical support for customers and team members. The Network Administrator will also configure computers, cameras, routers, switches, and other network equipment for new installations. In this role you will be expected to maintain pertinent documentation, perform in a team environment, and fulfill customer requests. Additionally, this role is required to receive and ship inventory, assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, and participate in reconciling physical inventory.
Extensive training and mentoring will be provided to ensure success and support long-term growth.

Respond to customer and team member requests for technical support with hardware issues via phone and remote computer applications.

Triage support requests to determine priority and appropriate response protocol.

Equipment Configuration

Configure equipment per specifications provided by the Farm Systems Coordinator.
- Confirm that specifications are clear and understood before configuring, referring any questions or uncertainties to the Farm Systems Coordinator.

Ensure that equipment is ready for installation according to the established time frame provided.

Communicate any configuration issues.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in workflows for co-workers and clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in information systems, or equivalent experience is desired.

Previous experience in technical support, repairing Windows computers, networking, and network device configuration.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
