We are a nonprofit, Housing First organization providing services for adults with severe mental illnesses, substance use disorders and a history of homelessness.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing & Events Associate in our main Office located in Fairfax, VA. This position has some telework capacity.
What you will be doing:
*Directly manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling, reporting and supervision of small number of internal on-going volunteers and oversee management of external volunteer management company for large-scale volunteer event recruitment and coordination
* Lead and coordinate group volunteer projects for Corporate Partners and other group supporters.
* Plan and execute the Annual Summer of the Arts event with volunteers and consultants.
* Design and produce marketing materials ensuring a consistent brand for all print and online communication vehicles including, but not limited to quarterly newsletter, annual reports, direct mail solicitations, sponsor packets, brochures, event invitations, event programs, employee and resident communications.
* Collaborate and support agency Events Planner(s) to ensure securing of venues, creation of event themes and coordination of vendors and volunteers supporting the events.
* Maintain and monitor social media platforms.
* Monitor and respond to Google reviews on a timely basis
* Provide support and coordination to the Pathway Homes Hunger Buster Program.
* Collaboratively update the Pathway Homes website content utilizing established agency media protocols.
*Design and distribute communications for donors, volunteers and the general public using Constant Contact.
* Responsible for monitoring and remaining current with all required trainings and certifications.
*Responsible for maintaining individual eligibility to operate a vehicle for work-related functions and duties.
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing and/or media. Customer service experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Publisher, CANVA, Constant Contact and Adobe Suites.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
