Looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to be part of an agile model to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and retention.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager / Hybrid (2 days in the Manhattan office and 3 days remote)
Salary Range is $100,000 to $110,000 with generous benefits
Position Overview:
- Driving strategic marketing initiatives using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Leverage marketing automation tools, data integration, and customer journey design to enhance engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth.
- Execute campaigns in all aspects of Marketing Cloud including, but not limited to, email, SMS, mobile, advertising and more.
Scope of Role & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and manage targeted email campaigns, personalized content, and customer journeys.
- Optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise:
- Utilize Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders (e.g., Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder).
- Configure data models, data extensions, and contact models.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Data Integration and Automation:
- Set up data integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems with IT teams.
- Automate marketing workflows and processes.
Content Management:
- Collaborate with content teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Manage content libraries within Marketing Cloud.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Required Education, Training & Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing technology experience.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of email/SMS marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
- Experience with Salesforce integration, preferred.
Licensure and/or Certification Required
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
