Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer/EIT for site and civil land development in our Warrenville, IL office. This position would primarily be working on site development projects, but would also assist on other stormwater, infrastructure, and transportation projects as needed. The primary role of this position is to be responsible for the preparation of civil engineering design drawings and supplemental reports relating to land development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited college or university with a BS in Civil Engineering in addition to the qualifications listed below.
- 5+ years of experience (site development specific experience preferred)
- Experience in land development and stormwater analysis and design
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and technical writing
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Site Development experience with state and local regulatory agencies
- Project coordinator for client contact, scheduling tasks and interaction with reviewing agencies and other stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and take on multiple projects at a time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation
- Proficiency in technical and business writing
- Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, personable, and able to multi-task and work effectively as a team player
