Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.
Duties:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to maintain client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products or services
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent sales acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Outstanding customer service skills to build long-lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
