JOB SUMMARY
Passionate professional responsible to develop internal business application and solutions that assist in daily operations bringing efficiency and improved performance to the bank.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BS in Computer Science desirable- 3-5 years of application development experience
- Must be data driven with desire to innovate with growth mindset
- Knowledge of common IT frameworks and processes: PMI, Kanban, ITIL, Agile, Scrum
- Understanding and experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in IT planning, forecasting, and execution of department strategy
- 2-3 years of Low Code development or similar technology
- Experience and knowledge of SQL language across multiple database solutions.
- Hands on experience working to integrate application across multiple platforms.
- Ability to identify interactions between different processes to propose improvements for better performance.
- IT Assets management experience 2-3 years
- 1-3 years hands on experience with Data Analytics solutions - Power BI, OBIEE
- Ability to work in a team setting and lead IT projects
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral skills required
- Minimum 2-3 years Banking experience (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain business applications based on end-user requirements- Support existing No Code/Low Code workflows to keep up with changing user needs.
- Help triage and prioritize feedback from end-users
- Assist with identification of business use cases for development of Low Code/RPA solutions
- Plan, manage, and complete small to medium size projects related to application development.
- Help to define project and business requirements with value driven deliveries
- Coordinate and interact with developer partners both internally and externally.
- Design, maintain and build databases needed to maintain business operations and application interfaces
- Work independently and/or part of a IT team with various levels of reporting.
- Adhere to all company policy and procedures
- Attend outside training and/or seminars to keep current of market changes.
- Other duties may be assigned, as required.
Compensation
Compensation for this 35 hour-per-week, full time role includes a base annual salary in line with the market and the applicant’s experience, plus eligibility for discretionary Bonus.
