Family owned Property Maintenance company, handling all maintenance and renovations of investment properties such as single family homes, apartment complexes and commercial properties. Company has been in business for over 20 years, located in Central Stockton. We are a full service general contractor.

Job Responsibilities include:
* Create work order and estimates
*Receive calls and issue work orders to our staff or outside subs, creating work orders in our Yardi software system (knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus)
*Communicate and follow up with tenant's and landlords to clarify needs and provide scheduling estimates and appointments
*Responsible for the daily scheduling of workmen
*Issue invoices for completed maintenance and construction work
Qualifications:
*Knowledge of construction trade, such as plumbing, electrical and general construction.
*Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
*Great customer service skills
*Strong work ethic and deadline driven
*Spanish Speaking is a plus (not a requirement)
*Have working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods including basic plumbing and electrical
*Self-starter to accomplish and complete daily tasks/workload with proficiency with the ability to prioritize
*Effective and professional written communication skills a must
