Provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout the Saint Luke's Health System that includes but is not limited to scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services. Determining financial accountability, providing information and referrals, proactively problem solving concerns/issues and providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.
This position is on the phone with patients or providers scheduling Radiology Tests.
Qualifications include a strong customer service background and medical terminology.
Prefer experience scheduling Radiology tests.
Availability:
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4:30PM
Location:
Eligible candidate must live in the Kansas City metro area, the role is a work from home position.
