1. Prepares and maintains daily docket or calendar of cases to be called in assigned courtroom.
2. Organizes, routes, and files court case folders and posts.
3. Secures information for judges, attorneys, and litigants.
4. Informs parties of scheduled court appearances.
5. Provides information to various state and county offices as required.
6. Processes various types of legal documents for the courts and the public.
7. Scans and files legal documents received by the court.
8. Performs data entry, including recording case dispositions and court orders.
9. Serves as primary contact for coordinating, collecting and processing court fees.
10. Performs other related duties as required or directed.
