Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring
- Provide patient education on medication instructions, diet, and exercise
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records
- Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as billing and coding
Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration techniques
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Understanding of human physiology and anatomy to assist with patient care
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients
- Experience in providing medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
-Front Desk reception: including answering phones, checking patients in and out, light filing, products sales.
