Qualifications
- PERMIT REQUIRED: California Child Development Permit at the Teacher level or higher with at least 6 units related to the care or education of infants and toddlers, or Current/Valid Infant Toddler CDA issued by the Council for Professional Development.
- Education: Meet California Childcare Licensing requirements for infant/toddler teaching (Minimum Requirements - 24 units of Early Childhood Education, 16 General Education units, and 6 Early Childhood Education units specific to the care and education of Infants and Toddlers).
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a licensed infant care center or comparable childcare program.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse parents, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Head Start Performance Standards is desirable.
- Certifications: Pediatric First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment.

Pay: $32.09 - $45.15 per hour
