Residential Transitions, INC is a growing social services organization that is dedicated to the goal of embracing, supporting, and honoring each person’s individuality in our programs. We serve the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area throughout our various Twin Cities locations. As a Community Services Program Manager, you will oversee RTI’s IHS and 24-hour Emergency services provided within the community. The Program Manager, along with the Community Services Director, assist with clinical evaluations of services at a program level while supervising the mental health workers providing the direct services. The individuals who are served include persons with a diagnosis of Mental Illness and/or Brain Injuries.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory direction and conduct performance reviews with employees.
- Meet with potential program participants and their providers and assist with the decision-making and intake process.
- Complete participant interviews, intakes, person-centered planning, IAPP, CSSPA, Self-Management Assessments, goal planning, etc.
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Ensure program development and licensing compliance.
- Crisis Intervention, Skill development, symptom management, etc.
- Promoting goal-orientated person-centered services that enhance each person's progression to their desired goals.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services
- Two thousand hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of adults with mental illness
- Have a passion for improving the lives of the individuals we serve.
- Be able to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Work in a person-centered approach.
- Organize and work independently.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Have access to a working vehicle with valid auto insurance.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. or more.
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
- One year of experience in a management or administrative role
