**Position Overview:**
Secure Income Management is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth within assigned regions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of agents, providing sales training and coaching, recruiting new agents, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, sales management experience in the annuity sales industry, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. The manager will also help lead flow management as our firm provides appointments to their teams, with up to 120 appointments a week to manage per region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage attendance and performance of agents within assigned regions.
- Coordinate calendar organization and scheduling for agents.
- Lead the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Provide sales training, coaching, and support to agents to maximize their effectiveness and success.
- Recruit and onboard new agents to expand the sales team and territory coverage.
- Manage agent service tasks and accountability, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to bolster sales for the firm as a whole.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the sales team.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management in the annuity and/or financial sales industry.
