Administrative Executive
Job Description:
The Administrative Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration and a willingness to learn new skills. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments with clients
- Prepare paperwork and presentations for listings
- Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, copying, faxing, mail/mailing, etc.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness standards per departmental procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to follow oral instructions from manager and communicate effectively with other team members both inside the office and outside the office.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with Google Suite preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. College degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
