About the Job - M365 Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 Product Manager to play a key role in developing our client's M365 application strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, security, policy development, and driving user adoption to enhance the overall digital workplace experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build M365 Product roadmap. Collaborate with IT Security team to develop governance frameworks for data, access and collaboration within SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, to ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.
- Define goals and create vision by collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and end-users, to understand functional requirements and gather feedback.
- Plan and oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 tools with existing IT infrastructure.
- Focus on creating an optimal user experience within Microsoft 365 applications by developing and implementing strategies to promote the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
Requirements:
- This role is Hybrid, must be willing to work onsite 1-3 days/week as project work dictates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in lieu of BS Degree will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience championing Microsoft 365 applications across an enterprise organization including developing strategies for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and policy development within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies for user adoption.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, product backlogs, etc.
