Precision Fluid Controls, Inc. (PFC) located in Lincoln, California is searching for experienced Valve and/or Pressure Control Technicians. We design, manufacture and test many types of valves for the Space industry.

The Duties and Responsibilities vary on a day-to-day bases depending on product build and production need. In general components are cleaned, passivated, sampled for particulate/NVR, assembled in a class 10K clean room and tested in our start of the art test facilities.
Valves are assembled and tested in accordance with assembly and test procedures while adhering to job traveler callouts and specific customer specifications. As an experienced technician it is not uncommon to be called on to communicate directly with customers regarding status of the valve test results.
With the current expansion PFC is experiencing the opportunities for growth are ever present. Skilled technicians play a huge role in helping to shape capital investment towards optimizing our assembly and test resources.
The role requires a HS Diploma/GED with experience assembling and testing valves. Setting up process instrumentation equipment and use a large variety of tools and equipment, associated with the assembly of valves and actuators, including impact wrenches, electric and manual hand tools, and forklifts is essential.
A highly skilled technician will have the ability to read customer specification sheets and schematic drawings and possess good computer skills. (Microsoft word and excel)
