Position Summary:. Manage SLAs, escalations, attrition control, and performance management. Customer interaction will be on a regular basis to ensure any network requests made by the customer are delivered and enabled on time.
Core Responsibilities:

Preparation, revision and training of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for managing a team of 12-15
- Provide relevant feedback and improvement areas on the audited calls
- Daily, weekly and monthly review with Internal/Customer leadership
- Conduct and report on business-critical analysis (SLA’s/KPI's)
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of Team Lead related experience

HS Diploma or equivalent
Preferences:

Prior Networking/Telecom experience

CCNA Certification, PMP, Prince2, CAPM, ITIL certifications
