4K Aluminum Los Angeles, seeks warehouse Admin / Inventory clerk. We are currently located in Reseda CA. We sell pre-powder coated aluminum trellis systems for the construction industry. Our customer base is all B2B direct to contractors. All orders are picked up via will call from our warehouse. The ideal candidate would have past warehouse experience within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person and on the telephone with orders.
Responsible for reviewing and keeping records of incoming and outgoing products.
Assist in material purchasing from vendors.
Follow up and coordinate incoming shipments.
Physical inventory Audit to verify system stock levels.
Coordinate with accounting for invoices.
Prepare customer invoices, coordinating with accounting on billing issues.
Process credit card transactions.
Light administrative work.
Qualifications:
· Tech Savy, Zoho inventory, google drive, word, excel etc..
· At least 3+ years in warehouse inventory setting preferably in construction.
· 4+ years of customer service.
· 3+ sales experience
· High School of equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,466.00 - $4,333.00 per month
