```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule and assign work orders to service technicians
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to service technicians
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, Field Technician or similar role in the copier/printing industry
- Strong knowledge of copier/printer mechanics
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with Kyocera, Konica Minolta, & KIP product line for repair and scheduled maintenance processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and vendors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize work orders and meet deadlines

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
