We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and top notch customer reviews due in part to great Customer Success Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding all post-sale issues. Our Customer Success Team teams play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering an industry leading customer experience. You will be responsible for handling all inbound communications, phone calls and emails, regarding the resolution of customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with courteous, timely and effective support.
- Demonstrate a mastery of product, procedural, and best practices knowledge.
- Engaging with customers regarding their floor covering needs.
- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
- Making prompt and timely outbound calls to customers regarding their products and services.
- Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
- Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends.
- Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
- Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.
- Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Call Center, Customer Service, Customer Success or Account Manager experience.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
- Technologically proficient.
- The desire to grow and learn new skills.
- Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
