Position Overview:
The NA Regional Account Manager will lead the team to grow strategic cross-category, multi-national account in developing and executing fragrance strategy aligning with divisional and global account objectives.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their expectations with the goal of winning new business.

Collaborate with Global Account Director to develop and execute regional strategy to win new business, promote Takasago’s global partnership vision and corporate core competencies.

Align regional budget and profitability objectives with Global Account Director.

Strengthen collaborative relationship between TAKASAGO and customer’s creative teams

Manage reactive projects and identify proactive opportunities across multiple business units and regions.

Build strong level of trust and partnership with cross functional disciplines to support account with high-quality creativity, innovation, and service (Perfumery, CFG, Marketing, R&D, CIMR, Purchasing, Operations)

Work with customer’s purchasing organization on pricing and GP improvement.

Strong administrative capability to manage pricing, fragrance standards, reporting requests.

Update customer regional supply chain agreements and work with customer service and demand planning to ensure best in class supply chain.

Actively participates in business S&OP process ensure supply chain meets customer expectations.

Communicate customer requirements and manage customer expectations by effective internal communication.

Maintain and build knowledge of customer's brands, products, markets, and competitors to identify and guide new business opportunities

Collaborate with and provide support to other regional account managers to win global initiatives and meet global sales targets

Lead all NA projects and leverage necessary resources to win and grow sales

Manage expenses and CIMR budgets
Educational Qualifications: Minimum B.S. degree in related field, i.e. Business, Marketing or related field.
Experience: At least 5 years sales experience in fragrance or related industries. At least 2-3 project management experience.
