Job Summary: Switch Electric aims to provide cutting-edge electrical infrastructure for mission-critical facilities, positioning itself as a trusted partner in a rapidly expanding industry. A Senior Project Manager at Switch Electric is accountable for the project, contract, financial and risk management of large-scale and campus approach initiatives. While specific duties can vary depending on the project's complexity, common responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, propose, lead, and close construction projects
· Work closely with the Project Managers and Superintendent to develop project plans to meet schedule milestones.
· Review and manage the contractual requirements of the project.
· Communicate regularly with customers on all aspects of the scope.
· Manage project billing for all active jobs, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing until the end of the period
· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication regarding project status, changes, and updates
· Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to the project team
· Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) in a timely manner, providing clear and detailed instructions for project execution
· Drive profitability through effective project execution.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the electrical industry with a focus on project management
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large commercial projects, showcasing the ability to handle complex projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- PMP or relevant project management certification (desired).
- Data Center construction experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Accubid,and Bluebeam)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
