Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales and field crews to develop detailed sales assets, including extensively designed floor plans, technical documents, and conducting site walks.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative design solutions to meet client needs and improve project outcomes.
- Educate and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
- Take ownership of both technology and electrical designs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical or low voltage design, utilizing tools such as BlueBeam and Revit.
- Highly organized with a meticulous approach to design and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
- Experience working directly with architects is highly desirable.
- Strong background in electrical design or holding an electrical degree is a significant advantage.
