Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front office operations and ensure exceptional guest services
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement and maintain procedures for security and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and hospitality management software
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night audit shifts
