We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a casual, friendly work environment! You will be responsible for helping customers place orders, resolve order-related issues, and provide product and service information. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers needing to place product orders by phone
- Provide customers with information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product order issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
- 4-year degree, 2-year degree, or some college a plus
