Established Chain Bridal boutique looking for enthusiastic Experienced Bridal Store Assistant Manager who has bridal sales experience and excel in face to face sales environment to be able to start work soonest

We are looking for a mature candidate preferable whom has a passion in sales and bridal. Someone who loves to help our brides find their dream dress while providing exceptional customer service.
Must be willing to multi task, style, taking care of bridal appts as well as the overall sale goals as needed with all aspects of store operations.
Prior experience in the bridal industry is preferred and minimum 5 years Retail Face to face Sales experience a MUST .
If you excel and love sales and is proficient in social media, this is both a very financial and emotionally rewarding career.
This job come with additional incentives such as commissions and tips that will add up to around 28-50/hr
You will be require to work around 140 hours per month.
You MUST be able to work on Weekends, both SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Serious applicants only.

- You are able to listen to your bride, and "read" her, in order to pick dresses that suit her perfectly.
- You are able to assist in changing the brides.
Job Description:
- Style brides during bridal appointments: suggest suitable bridal gown styles to all brides to be.
- Perform sales, meet monthly sales goals determined by management.
- Assist in creating social media content for stores
- Work with operational tasks as needed.
- Oversees the order process: Following up on all the orders, doing order confirmation, status updates, and scheduling pick ups.
