12100 Collective is new growth marketing agency based in NYC founded by alumni of Meta's growth team and servicing clients with >$75M annual revenues across a variety of industries. This specific role is responsible for leveraging data & analysis to identify the strongest growth wins across channels like Paid Search & Social, Email & SMS Marketing, to CRO. Excellent analytical skills are essential, as well as strong attention to detail and clear communication.
As our Senior Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll lead growth & data analysis in a senior role reporting to the CEO, unlocking everything from key performance marketing wins, to identifying the largest growth levers and strategic focus, to audience segmentation and cohort analysis. Must have strong analytics, presentation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive long term growth through uncovering insights via data analysis, brainstorming marketing tactics, and building experiments optimizing paid marketing & e-commerce channels
- Opportunity size and prioritize growth roadmaps for initiatives based on analyzing the expected impact, cost/effort, and implementation risk
- Optimize acquisition & retention marketing across channels likes Paid Search/Social, Email, SMS by improving audience segmentation, funnel & conversion rate optimizations, identifying behavioral triggers, and other insights
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of various marketing strategies (across direct response, lifecycle, product and brand marketing) against predetermined team and company goals and use the data to inform future goals
- Audit websites, product experiences, acquisition & retention flows, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Deep-dive into specific channels and analyze how to drive better efficiency and/or cost savings
- Understand external market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to influence growth strategy
- Crate data-driven narratives to influence cross-functional peers and external stakeholders to utilize your data to hone marketing campaigns and strategic focus
- Support clearer attribution logic, conversation tracking, and overall analytics strategies for key marketing initiatives
- Roll up your sleeves to help subject matter experts executing on marketing campaigns from time to time
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another related STEM degree field
- At least 6+ years of experience as a marketing analyst working with data from digital marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise using SQL (and/or other languages like Python, R, or others) to extract, clean, transform, and analyze large data sets
- Strong understanding of growth analytics, e.g. cohort analysis, J-curves / retention analysis, K-factors, funnel drop-off analysis, and audience segmentation
- Solid understanding of growth frameworks like Acquisition/Activation/Retention/Resurrection and common marketing techniques like cross-selling, upselling, promotions, behavioral triggers, and more
- Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Hotjar, BigQuery, Snowflake, and others
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker for data analysis, monitoring, and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Bonus Skills:
- 2+ years of hands on experience with performance marketing channels like SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Email/SMS
- Solid understanding of different attribution methodology and tradeoffs, e.g. pixel tracking, offline conversions, last touch, view vs click through, and others.
- Product management and/or CRO experience
- Client facing experience at a top digital marketing agency
Salary/Benefits/Location:

- Salary: $125-200k, depending on experience and other relevant qualifications
