Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and departmental goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using customer service software.
