Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in various medical settings.
Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Assist in medical procedures such as sonography, infectious disease care, and neonatal ventilator support
- Participate in operating room (OR) procedures and assist with airway management
- Conduct triage assessments and prioritize patient needs
- Maintain sterile processing standards in accordance with hospital protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospital medicine or a similar clinical setting is preferred
- Proficiency in triage, health coaching, and sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with neonatal ventilators and airway management procedures
- Ability to lift and move patients safely when necessary
