Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Account Manager at Armen Living. The Ecommerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's ecommerce platform, driving online sales, managing customer relationships, and providing customer support. The Ecommerce Account Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends, developing strategies to increase online visibility and conversions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce account management and online sales
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus including Wayfair, Home Depot
- Online Furniture/Home Decor experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
