Perform regular garden walks on assigned properties, maintaining accurate logs of activities and identifying tasks for various crews.

Produce picture punch lists to identify client requests or tasks for the base services crew.

Maintain professional relationships with clients through consistent weekly communication to ensure satisfaction and promote sales and referrals.

Identify, estimate, sell, and manage landscape enhancement opportunities.

Oversee and care for clients’ properties, developing short and long-term maintenance and enhancement plans.

Act as the primary point of contact between Oasis and the client, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Document property conditions, maintain and update client information, and manage the book of business through the company CRM.

Foresee and prevent difficult client situations through proactive communication and actions, and handle client conflict when it arises.

Obtain reviews and referrals from satisfied clients to ensure year-over-year retention.

Sell enhancements at a 40% penetration rate of base services revenue, providing accurate and profitable agreements to clients.

Manage the overall success of the landscape by overseeing maintenance services, plant health care, and irrigation.

Regularly operate and update irrigation systems, ensuring proper programming and functionality.

Meet crews on site regularly to ensure high-quality work and strengthen team camaraderie.

Collaborate with other Garden Managers to analyze production, costs, and other metrics, and assist with their responsibilities when needed.

Attend weekly team meetings, one-on-one sessions with the Senior Garden Manager, and other relevant events and trainings.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, representing the company in a responsible and professional manner.

Occasionally take responsibility for the after-hours on-call phone and handle special projects as assigned.
