THIS IS A TEMPORARY FREELANCE ROLE
(Approximately 10 hours/week for 90 days)
Social
- Create and manage an organic social strategy for the brand

Including but not limited to Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (video strategy)

Use Adobe / Photoshop to create brand-right templates to showcase product, sustainability messaging and BTS
-
Edit and reformat existing assets to create engaging organic social content

Attend in-house photo shoots to capture BTS content to help tell the brand story

If remote, the creative director or photographer will share imagery for freelancer to use

Work with copywriter to align on copy for all organic social needs

Manage posting for VA social channel

Work with merchandising to keep Instagram product catalog fresh and relevant

Community management

Likes, comments, dms, mentions, engage with audience
Influencer, paid partnerships

Paid Influencers / Content Creators:

Develop target lists for quarterly strategy meetings

Coordinate + Execute paid content creators:
-
Outreach, Negotiation, Contacts, SOW / deliverables / product assortments, Creative brief, Edits / approvals / reshoots , File and distribute content to marketing team - using ShopMy
Influencer, gifting
- Ideate and manage campaigns

Monitor / track current members and their performance through ShopMy

Manage contracts, creative briefs, content guidelines and inspiration for all talent

Invite new members / audit member list

Manage product orders

Track / monitor placements
Reporting

Manage monthly, weekly and quarterly reporting for all owned channels
