- Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Responsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee work of electricians and subcontractors on various phases of the project. Ensure correct reporting and addresses issues that arise. Coordinate with various company departments, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA/ MSHA safety standards. Enforce all national and local codes and keep up with any changes in the industry.
- Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and trouble shooting.
- Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or multi meters.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage staff performance, training, timesheets, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Manage labor costs of projects through ongoing job forecasting (time management).
- Ability to provide leadership, take charge of a situation and show proper authority in a responsible objective manner.
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
- Communicate with business partners in an easy-to-understand manner. Qualifications:
- 10 plus years of journeyman electrician experience in industrial and commercial settings
- Proven experience in electrical supervision and project management
- Knowledge of electrical codes
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must have critical thinking skills.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver’s license. Compensation:

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
