Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with voluntary benefits sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing business opportunities within a designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Utilize our CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Travel within the region to meet with potential clients and maintain relationships
Requirements:
-VB, Health or equivalent experience preferred
-Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and market trends
